National K1 Championships

The National K1 Championships were held by Poulaphoca Paddlers in The Avon, Blessington today. The weather and water were amazing, warm, sunny and calm. We had 100 boats and SUPs on the water across all different divisions and ages, championship and recreational. There was some tight, tactical racing with great beach portages. A big thank you to all at Poulaphoca Paddlers and everyone else who helped organise this wonderful event. Congratulations to all our paddlers today, medal winners and National Champions.
