K1 National Championships Details

For 2026 the K1 National Championships is paired up with the annual Poulaphouca paddle race to take place on Sunday 19th July on the Beautiful Blessington Lakes in Co Wicklow.

This is the expected course for Sunday ( it could change due to weather) It is a 5k loop , red out, pink back, triangle is the portage.
20k race – 3 portages Lap 2, 3 and 4
15k race – 2 portages Lap 2 and 3
10k race – no portages
