Lowtown Ranking Race Results

The last ranking race of the season to took place on Sunday 27th September, hosted by Kilcullen Canoe Club, at Lowtown Grand Canal. The day started off (very) wet but ended with (some) sunshine. Some noteable items from the day:

57 paddlers competed

A good turnout in Junior Division 7

The paddler age profile expanded with the inclusion of a 90 year old (medal winner )

And a demonstration (accidentally) of how to switch from kayak to canoe mid-race
