AGM details for registration, nominations & submission of motions

This years AGM is set to take place at 19:30 on Saturday 27th November 2021. We were originally planning a face to face AGM but due to the current high levels in COVID transmission we have once again opted for a virtual meeting via Zoom. This year Canoeing Ireland brought out new Standing Orders for discipline committees. As a result of this there are new procedures each committee must adhere to such as the advance submission and publication of nominations and motions along with the need for attendees wishing to vote, to preregister. As we are running a virtual meeting pre registration is required either way.

Anyone wishing to vote must be a current Canoeing Ireland member and over 18.
