Expression of Interest for International Team Selection 2026

INTERNATIONAL TEAM SELECTION 2026

Any paddler wishing to be selected for the National team must complete this form, indicating which events and categories they wish to be be considered for selection.

The form is open until 23:59 on 31st January 2026. Please only select events you have a genuine interest in attending if selected.

Events currently scheduled for 2026

• ICF Canoe Marathon World Cup – Bazhong, China 23-24 May
• ECA Canoe Marathon European Championships – Pitesti, Romania 22-28 June
• ICF Canoe Marathon World Championships – Gualeguaychu, Argentina 22-25 October

Selection events will be arranged as required .

As in previous the minimum standard 5Km times will be required to be considered for selection.

• Times can be achieved with the assistance of a wash from another Canoe/Kayak.
• 5K course must start & end at the same place.
• If times have not already been demonstrated in previous years, they must be verified by a club coach or committee member.
• Times have been reviewed and updated for 2026 based on data from Championship races in the last 5 years.
