Thomastown Paddlers Weekend of Racing June 14/15th

Two races not to be missed in the sunny southeast! First up is our 3rd Annual Memorial Race for past members Eoin Doyle and Brendan Fitzpatrick. This is a flat-water event held on high tide in Inistioge. This year the date is Saturday June 14th. Start time is 19:30. Camping available at race venue. 5 minute walk to the village of Inistioge.

Our Annual ranking race takes place on Sunday June 15th. Start time is 12 midday. The 23km course runs from Bennetsbridge – Inistioge, while the 11km race runs from Thomastown – Inistioge. This is a downriver race, with several rapids along the way. Both races take place on stretches of beautiful river. See flyers for full details.
