Barrow Ranking Race Details – 6th April

The 2025 season gets off to a fast and furious start with back to back races. Ranking race #2 of the year is the Barrow Ranking Race, being hosted jointly by Kilcullen Canoe Club & Athy Rowing & Canoeing (ARC) on Sunday 6th April.

**UPDATE 3RD April** River levels are low this year. For the long course the vast majority of the river is deep enough for an understern rudder but there are sections where clearance could be tight depending on which line is chosen. Decision on running with an overstern or understern is up to the individual paddler . For the Medium & Short courses understern rudders should be fine.
